Why We Started

We noticed a gap in the care and attention many seniors receive in long-term care, retirement communities, and at home. With one staff member often responsible for 30+ residents, individualized attention beyond basic tasks is limited.

Families want regular updates and reassurance, but busy schedules, distance, or living overseas can make consistent visits difficult. Even with scheduled programs and activities, seniors may sometimes choose not to participate, which can lead to days without meaningful social interaction or personalized observation beyond standard care.

Our goal is simple: give families peace of mind while ensuring seniors feel seen, valued, and supported every day.

We created our Wellness Check-In service to fill this gap—sending a qualified, compassionate professional to:
